Rivet Icons

Rivet Icons is the official icon set for Indiana University's Rivet Design System. The collection includes 210 carefully crafted icons on a 16px square grid, available in both outline and solid variants. All icons are built in Figma and designed as simple graphical cues to quickly communicate actions, ideas, or messages. The set uses the custom <rvt-icon> web component for easy integration - just drop in a tag like <rvt-icon name="heart"> and you are ready to go. Icons use currentColor for fills, making them easy to theme with CSS. For production, tree-shaking is supported by importing only the individual icon modules you need. The package is available via npm or CDN (UNPKG, jsDelivr). Custom icons can also be registered alongside the built-in set using the registerIcon() API. Designers can access the full set through the Rivet UI Kit in Figma.
